If we are able to cancel your order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees.

  3. Cancellation of custom or personalized orders Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as these items are made specifically for you. If you need to make changes to a custom or personalized order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  4. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
